Shipping
Garments ship internationally and are made-to-order to reduce waste. Available shipping destinations can be viewed using the country selector located in the website header. Please allow a total of 2-4 weeks for delivery.
After you make an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once your order gets fulfilled and shipped in 1-2 weeks, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress until delivery.
Returns & Refunds
All our garments are strictly final sale as they are made-to-order. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for any of our garments under regular circumstances.
However, for special circumstances, such as if your order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
For damaged or defective garments, please contact support@backdropbranded.com and we will try out very best to assist you.
