Refund policy

We generally do not accept exchanges or returns for any of our items under regular circumstances as they are made-to-order.

For special circumstances, such as if your order cannot be fulfilled or was not delivered, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

For failed deliveries specifically, proof needs to be emailed to us before we can issue a refund. Different cases call for different exceptions.

Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of purchasing either by email or from your account. After this period, your order enters production and cancellations cannot be done. A refund will be issued to the original payment method used upon cancellation.


Order Changes

The 3-day cancellation window also allows for general changes to your order(s). These changes include:

  • Address changes
  • Payment info changes (a secure editing link is emailed)
  • Sizing changes
  • Additions/subtractions to your order

Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged or defective items, please contact us and we will try our very best to assist you. This will involve sending us photos of the item via email. It will be your choice if you want a new item sent to you free-of-charge, or be refunded entirely.
