Shipping policy
We are Texas-based, but production is China-based. Items ship from Guangzhou, China and are made-to-order in limited runs to keep production deliberate. No items are held in inventory.
Available shipping destinations can be viewed using the country selector located in the website's header.
Shipping is free and import charges are included in pricing. After you make an order, a confirmation email (incl. e-receipt) will be sent to you. Please allow a total of 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Updates
Once your order gets fulfilled and shipped in up to one week, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress until delivery.
Check your spam folder for shipping-related emails from the carrier if you don't see them in your primary inbox.
Immediately following your order's production and subsequent hand off to the carrier (aka "shipped"), updates may not be shown for a few days at first. In this timeframe, it is likely that your order is journeying from the carrier's hub in China to their regional hub elsewhere.
If in the carrier's tracking page, you are not receiving further updates for a prolonged period of time, we can look into the matter for you. We still advise waiting, however.
Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping information, including:
- Recipient's full name
- Street address
- City, state/province, and postal/ZIP code
- Country
- Valid phone number and email address
Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays or the return of your order. Please note that any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be the responsibility of the customer.
Mishaps
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing or carrier delays due to weather conditions may affect the delivery schedule.
BACKDROP Branded LLC is not liable for caused by factors beyond our control. BACKDROP Branded LLC is also not liable for lost, stolen, unclaimed, or damaged packages.
Once the order has shipped and a tracking number is provided by the carrier via email, the package becomes the responsibility of carrier and customer. If the order status shows as "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please contact the carrier first.
