How do I track my order?

You should be regularly updated about the status of your order via the email you provide at checkout. However, if you are having issues and would like to see your order status, please email us at orders@backdropbranded.com and provide us with your order details (name + order #).

What is the order process?

As we are a new clothing brand, we are allowing customers to pre-order their desired items beforehand. Our manufacturer will fulfill your items and ship them to us. These items will then be shipped to you. This entire process should take place within a month. Tracking info is provided after the product is shipped. What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
